Gateway Calls Jump; Stocks Bounce

Stocks have bounced off of oversold levels Friday, as all three major indexes
are solidly higher despite a round of stronger-than-expected economic numbers.
Semiconductors and banks are the day’s top sectors, while oil services and
chemicals are the weakest.

At mid-day, the VIX is down 1.12 to 33.89.

The OEX October 35 calls are up 2 1/2 to 6 1/4.
