The "markets" were sitting on
the goal line…but were sacked as they tried to break through recent
resistance levels. Maybe next time. After all, the major indices have been
putting in a "v’ pattern over the past few weeks.
It is somewhat normal to pull back right at
resistance. BUT…more importantly, there is a lot going on underneath the
hood.
Nothing has changed in the RETAILERS. I told you
to sell any bounce…and stick by that thought.

FINANCIALS continue to act horribly. I would
continue to stay away from most everything that lends. Nothing but tops are in
place.
I continue to believe that OIL STOCKS are going to
rest here. I am not looking for a trashing. These stocks have had a big run,
are over-loved and over-owned and due to have a pullback/consolidation. Those
looking for entries need to have patience.
On the good front, I am amazed at the money flows
that are continuing in TECHLAND. SEMIS, WIRELESS, FIBEROPTICS are on a roll.
