World Poker Tour Five Diamond Classic

The World Poker Tour has once again stopped at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas
for the fourth annual Five Diamond Classic. The tournament, which begins on
Monday, December 12 and runs through Friday, December 16 is expected to have
around 500 of the greatest players in the world pony up $15,000 each with an
expected first price near $2 million. I will be playing in the $1500 satellite
tournaments which run both Saturday and Sunday as 1 seat for every 10
participants is awarded.
Satellites are a great way to break into a higher priced
tournament while sharpening your skills for the upcoming competition. Many of
the professional players who will be playing in the tournament itself will be in
the satellite as well.
