Most of Monster’s revenue comes from employers, ranging from FORTUNE 100 companies to small and midsized businesses, who pay to post job listings and to search the site’s database of resumes. Job seekers can post resumes and search listings free of charge. Monster Worldwide also generates revenue by selling advertising on its Web sites, which include offerings aimed at students and military personnel.
