1. Contact Danilo Torres at dtorres@cg3.com and inform him of the date you plan on begin trading the strategy in question.  You must do this prior to, or on the day, of the start of your performance money back guarantee period.
2. Within 30 days of the end of the designated performance guarantee period, please email Danilo Torres (dtorres@cg3.com) scans or electronic files of the following documents and information for guarantee validation:
a. A statement of your trades made with the strategy from your broker.  Please highlight the trades you made in accordance with the strategy rules.
b. A document stating your total loss, with trades itemized.
c. A statement describing which strategy you used and whether or not you traded every signal given during the period or employed a specific portfolio money management methodology.Purchases of any of the Chairman’s Club, The Machine™, PowerRatings Portfolios, the Swing Trading College, and the Raptor-II Trading System are final and non-refundable.

TradingMarkets’ refund policy is applicable to the original cost of the items(s) and applicable sales taxes. The refund policy does not include shipping and handling costs.

Box all items for return securely. Enclose the order invoice plus all original packaging.

Should you sign up for a multi-month or yearly membership and then choose to cancel it, the cost of your membership will be recalculated based on the monthly rate (rather than on the yearly rate) and the remaining credit, if any, will be refunded to you. For example, if you paid $1,000 for a yearly subscription on January 1 where the monthly price was $200 and you cancelled your subscription on February 28, you would receive a refund of $600.
