Stocks Flat as Oil Hits Record High

U.S. Stocks are trading virtually flat on Wednesday, with the
price of crude oil hitting another record high. Russia and Japan
were both in the news today as the Russian PM Mikhail Fradkov and
Japanese PM Shinzo Abe resigned (full

Oil prices rose to an intraday record of $79.29 a barrel, after
hitting a record close yesterday, as the weekly inventory report
showed supplies tightening.
