Sun Puts Rise; Stocks Slip
Stocks sank again Wednesday as it appeared the Fed would hold off for now on
any near-term rate cuts. Biotechs were the top sector while Internets were the
weakest.
At the close, the VIX had increased 1.97 to 31.00.
