SUNW Calls Rocket; Nasdaq Returns To 4K

With no big surprises from Alan Greenspan’s testimony on Captitol Hill Tuesday, tech stocks celebrated by running the Nasdaq back above 4000. Semiconductors and insurance were the
top sectors while health care and biotech were the weakest.

By the close, the VIX had decreased .78 to 21.66.

The OEX 800 calls finished up 3/4 to 17 5/8.

Looking ahead, the employment cost index will be released Thursday at 8:30 AM
ET, and estimates call for a 1.1% increase.
