Three And Counting

There
is no need to recap the half-day,
and
for the next three days into year-end, it is called “catch a ride on
anything the Generals might mark up.” Specifically, what you do is screen
for those stocks most percentage up for the year and then use a minimum low
price value because in daytrading, you are concerned about absolute points. You
also can use a cut-off volume average. Then I go through the most percentage
gain for the last three months using the same criteria as year-to-date and
compare the list.

You can then also run
what I call the “above the line” search on the stock scanner for those
stocks greater than their 20-, 50- and 200-day EMAs with a minimum ADX of = or
> 25, and also using your price and volume criteria. You then check your
daily charts and see what sets up. This kind of preparation will catch all
trending tradable stocks with significant outperformance, and for the
daytraders, the reasons are not important because you just want a friend for the
day.

From this list, a

Those are just a few of
many stocks I could have put down, but when you do the list, you’ll be able to
pick up many of these yourself. Maybe at the end of this year, I’ll do a summary
of what look to be the most tradable stocks going into the new year because
usually the strength over this last three months is going to carry over if we go
into any kind of an up market. And again, my market thoughts as I have written
before, are that I expect some kind of retest of the September lows some time
from the middle of January through early February.

Have a good trading day.
