TradingMarkets Mid-Day Movers

Markets back in the red after
oil continues to rise and retail sales in February hurt by bad weather.

Crude oil futures rose through the morning session,
currently trading up 1.7%.

Wal-Mart avoids
retail slide, announcing an increase in sales from last year.  WMT is
trading with fractional change.
