U.S. stocks are hovering around the flatline this
morning as traders await earnings season, which kicks off this

Around Asia, Tokyo’s Nikkei Index fell 0.45% to
17,664.69, Shanghai’s Composite added 1.3% to 3,444.29, and Hong
Kong’s Hang Seng added 0.7% to close at 20,347.87.
