Comments for September 2, 2011

Looking ahead to Friday by reflecting back on Thursday’s trading

HARD TO GAUGE STOCK INDEX FUTURES

FUTURES AND OPTIONS TRADING IS SPECULATIVE IN NATURE AND INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. FUTURES AND OPTIONS TRADING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS.

INDICES: 9/2/11 Lower closes for the cash and Dow futures along with the S&P’s and nasdaq ahead of the all important unemployment report. I may have buy signals in all of the indices but I wish I could say I was confident about these signals. The long-term trends for the indices are, in my opinion, still down but the Dow futures made a new recent high before settling lower in reversal type action. BUY SIGNALS FOR THE DOW FUTURES, S&P’S AND NASDAQ. CALL FOR DETAILS!
