Asymmetrical Trading For Wealth Creation

Asymmetrical Trading For Wealth Creation

For many successful hedge funds and professional traders, Asymmetrical Trading is the main driver of their success.

This is the secret behind the tremendous wealth of Warren Buffett, hedge fund billionaires Ken Griffin, Bill Ackman, John Paulson (The Big Short), and David Tepper, as well as well-known figures such as Nassim Taleb, among many others.

Knowing when and how to structure your trades where you risk one unit (a predetermined dollar amount) to put yourself in the position to make many times that amount, is a tremendous and proven way to create wealth.

Last week, I held a webinar on Asymmetric Trading. You can find the link to the webinar below.

Because so many people are interested in learning more about this, I’ve enclosed two articles and a webinar here for you to learn from.

1. The first one is from Zacks Research titled Asymmetric Bets: The Holy Grail of Investing.

The author does a good job of explaining in very simple terms what Asymmetrical Trading is.

2. The second article titled Making Dhandho Bets: Heads You Win, Tails You Don’t Lose Much goes a bit deeper and also provides an interesting business story behind how one family uses Asymmetrical Investing in businesses to now own 50% of the motels in the US!

Going Deeper

I’ve also included a two-hour webinar I held last week that goes further into Asymmetrical Trading and also discusses how to identify and structure trades for potential Asymmetrical returns.

Here’s the link to the webinar attended by hundreds of traders: Click here to watch the webinar.
