This Is Why You Should Pay Attention To A Gap

Last night we planned to buy Interactive Corp (IACI) above 25.40. This
morning the issue opened at 25.62, more than 20 cents above our intended entry
point. Look at the 5-mimute chart below. IACI even gapped above the upper
Bollinger band. Normally, this kind of momentum is not sustainable. Notice the
stochastic was showing a negative divergence, too.

If a stock gaps up, do not buy it right away. Watch it for 15 minutes. You may
place a buy stop just above the first 15 minutes high.
